INQU is DCF’s first major project in Melbourne’s prestigious eastern suburbs, perfectly positioned in the heart of Kew. This successful mixed-use development comprises 36 spacious apartments and six retail outlets along the ground level.
INQU was inspired by the changing landscape of Kew, where a new energy in the shopping and lifestyle scene was attracting a younger demographic keen to live close to the city.
The welcoming façade of INQU was designed by Interlandi Mantesso Architects as a natural addition to the Cotham Road landscape, with a form which would become both iconic and familiar.
Maintaining a sense of outdoor space and connection with the characteristic parklands of Kew was a key consideration in the design, which led to expansive terrace gardens for each apartment.
Celebrating light, air and contemporary space, the interiors of INQU by IF Architecture were designed to offer privacy, peace and complete relaxation for residents.
From the contemporary clean lines of the built-in robes to the soft finishes and a calming colour palette, these spaces evoke both serenity and sophistication, as well as presenting a neutral canvas for residents to bring their own distinctive style.
