A Sculptural Vision

Located in the heart of North Balwyn village, NoBa is a strikingly sculptural building with clean lines and sweeping curves designed by DKO Architecture, featuring 46 residences, including penthouses, and a series of retail spaces. It is developed by DCF Property Group.
Each of the luxurious one, two and three-bedroom apartments feature private balconies that overlook this verdant central garden or capture views across the beautiful leafy surrounds. NoBa also features a spectacular rooftop terrace with barbeques, garden beds, a pergola and curved seating that continues the building’s flowing design motif. 

Architecture & Interiors

With its bold contrasts and a focus on raw and natural materials, the award-winning DKO Architecture practice created a stunning landmark for North Balwyn.

The building’s distinctive asymmetrical white bands have an elegant simplicity, broken only by the introduction of the private garden. This dramatic effect of slicing through the façade reveals a hidden layer of timber and a lush, green space.

The graceful, curved elements of the exterior continue inside each NoBa residence; defined by abundant light, open space, beautiful materials and a connection with views of the lush surrounds. Kitchens feature beautiful contrasts in stone and timber integrated with premium Asko appliances and exquisite tapware and fittings framed by a sophisticated neutral palette.

The NoBa penthouses feature three bedrooms, twin living spaces, and an additional study area, with private rooftop gardens.
